Local Pubs

Real ale pubs with websites seem few and far between in our area - please email me at the address above if you stumble across any.

Brantingham

Triton Inn, Brantingham

Bridlington

Hull

Hop & Vine  -  Pave  -  The Wellington

A very useful resource for pubs in Hull are Simon Mason's pages. This remarkable set of pages, obviously a labour of love, has a photograph and a highly useful location map for each pub in Hull, with a brief comment on each one, and seems to be totally up to date. The pages are divided alphabetically by pub name  A-C, C-F, G-M, M-R, R-V and V-Z .

Nearby Local CAMRA Branches

To have a look at some of the nearby branches websites, please follow the links below. Many other local sites can be accessed via the main CAMRA website.

Doncaster  -  Halifax  -  Huddersfield  -  Leeds  -  Lincoln  -  Scarborough  -  Sheffield  -  Southern Dales  -  Wakefield  -  York

Giving links to sites from this page does not mean that those sites are approved by CAMRA, but they are worth a look....

Local (-ish) Breweries

For details of East Yorkshire Breweries please see our own page. These breweries have been chosen as they have visitors centres and beer may be mail ordered from them.

Batemans  -  Black Sheep Brewery  -  Cropton Brewery  -  Timothy Taylors  -  Theakstons  -  York Brewery

An excellent up-to-date directory of all real ale breweries can be found at http://www.quaffale.org.uk/ This can be searched for breweries by county or name and has full contact details for each. A good companion site is http://www.beermad.org.uk/, which has some more details on the beers produced and a good set of brewery links. Another useful site is http://www.bottledbeer.co.uk/ which has a good database and discussion of most bottled beers.

Real Ale Delivery Services

(Only for if you are ill and cannot reach a pub... These have a range of difficult to get beers, and have been selected as they advertise in What's Brewing)
